The Rebel Alliance uses snowspeeders to patrol and defend their base on the ice planet Hoth. Modified for the extreme cold, snowspeeders are used by the Rebels to slow down the Imperial attack on Echo Base. Mounted on the front of the vehicle are two forward-facing laser cannons; the rear of the speeder has a harpoon gun with a heavy-duty tow cable.
Before the Millennium Falcon became one of the most famous ships in the Rebel Alliance fleet, the Corellian freighter was often docked at Coruscant landing platforms. It's front cargo-gripping mandibles lift and transport heavy loads, and its body can store plenty of supplies. Lando Calrissian and Han Solo have both customized the ship with plenty of "special modifications" for smuggling runs.
AT-AT transports are huge, heavily armored and slow. They are impervious to most weapons fire, but they have several easily exploitable flaws that the Rebellion has used to bring them down, most notable at the Battle of Hoth. Despite this, Imperial walkers have proven quite effective; few forces in the galaxy can mount an effective defense for long against a full AT-AT assault.
