Long before the vehicles of the Star Wars saga entered into battle in a galaxy far, far away, concept artists illustrated many versions. For each film in the Star Wars trilogy, rough sketches for the vehicles were refined and perfected. Series Alpha gives you a glimpse of the imaginative contribution of these artists and designers. A booklet with sketches by the original artists is included in each package, along with the concept vehicle and its final design.

All Terrain Armored Transports (AT-ATs) are used by the Galactic Empire to fight battles on many different worlds. The original AT-ATs were developed out of a need by the Empire for an all-terrain nonrepulsorlift vehicle. AT-AT designers turned to older technologies, using the All Terrain Personal Transport (AT-AP) as a guide, but expanded it to a much larger scale.

Snowtrooper
A special elite corps of stormtroopers trained and equipped to operate in frozen environments. Efficient, fast and deadly. One of the most feared branches of the Imperial forces.
