The Han Solo Trilogy 2: The Hutt Gambit (Pages 161-201)
Cover Artist: Drew Struzan
After six months of traveling with Xaverri, she feels it is time to move on and leaves Han Solo and Chewbacca, telling Han that she is afraid of beginning to care too much about him. He and Chewie return to Nar Shaddaa where Mako Spence tells them that Jabba wishes to see them. They meet with him and agree to work for him again, but only on their own terms. Jabba pays Boba Fett to ignore Han, and Han leases a ship from Lando, who now owns a shipyard, that he names the Bria, and they set about working and trying to keep their ship working as well. He meets a number of new friends, like Shug Ninx, Salla Zend and a young man who calls himself Jarik Solo. On Ylesia, Aruk the Hutt becomes too controlling for Teroenza, he finally snaps and contacts Jabba and Jiliac. The three of them hatch a plan to poison Aruk while making it look like natural causes.
