As they travel through space, Jabba the Hutt and his crew come across a Nuffin freighter and decide that they will impersonate a Nuffin trade team to pirate the freighter's cargo. They board the freighter to learn that it is a trap and Jabba and his crew are captured by Princess Nampi and her slaves. When Jabba refuses to part with his treasure, he is thrown into confinement and his one time friend, now pilot, Scuppa tries to arrange to spare his own life. When he is unable to convince Jabba to relent, he tries to seduce Princess Nampi only to find out to late that her only desire is to eat him. Jabba then convinces Nampi to take his treasure rather than eat him, but rather than give away his loot, he sets off an acid bomb that had been implanted in Scuppa's head but was now inside Nampi's stomach.
