Obi-Wan Kenobi's newest mission is that of preventing Cestus Cybernetics from selling deadly bio-droids to the Separatists. The people he deals with on this mission have been down-trodden by the owners of the droid manufacturing company, and their land was stolen from them in the guise of an illegal purchase. The people with whom Obi-Wan is negotiating, the X'Ting, have a legend of a Jedi Master giving them assistance when they were in severe need before, and they ask Obi-Wan to assist them now by finding the last eggs for their royal family.

This story was well written. I enjoyed how Obi-Wan was portrayed, humble and not overly powerful. Often times a Jedi is portrayed as being superhuman with nothing able to stand in their way other then another Jedi. This can lead to a normally humble Jedi coming across as quite arrogant, which is not very entertaining to read. This story, on the other hand, shows both of the main characters coming to realizations about themselves, which leads to character growth.
