Several months after the events of Star Wars: Episode I, Otoh Gunga has become a major tourist destination. One of the main draws for people, both tourists and residents, are the exciting and highly dangerous bongo sub racing. We follow two especially reckless racers, Spleed Nukkels and Neb Neb Goodrow, as they destroy their subs and several others trying to win the race. Due to their recklessness they are "permanently" banned from the sport, but they are given an opportunity to redeem themselves by helping to create a racing sub for Boss Nass.
