Jar Jar Binks is about to be attacked by onetime General Marshoo when Captain Tarpals steps in to arrest Jar Jar. It appears that Boss Nass and the Rep Council have finally voted, and Jar Jar is to be banished. On their way to the sub pen, Marshoo and his staff assault Tarpals and Jar Jar, knocking Tarpals out almost immediately. Jar Jar manages to save them both through sheer luck, but Tarpals continues on to leave him on the shore, proclaiming "Mesa no can let yous be da death of my."
