Several of the military leaders of the Empire feel that the leadership of the Empire should fall to them rather than to the Sith, which they view as a cult. They devise a two part plan that would see both the Emperor and Darth Vader killed. Unfortunately for them, it's not near as easy to kill a Sith as they think it is.

This is an interesting story that provides some insight into Darth Vader's thoughts. We see is uncertainty around his Master, the Emperor, and on the other hand we see the Darth Vader we know from the movies when he's dealing with everyone else.
