Seren Song is a Rebel spy on the run from IG-88. She sends a message to the Rebel fleet asking for help and extraction, asking for Leia Organa specifically. Leia collects Han Solo and Luke Skywalker and they go to Lotho Minor to rescue her. Emerging from hyperspace, they are immediately attacked by the IG-2000 and forced to run. Leia gets a message from Seren, bringing back memories from their childhood together, and they agree to meet at Oaka Prime. Seren gets there first, followed by IG-88, who quickly destroys her droid. Before he can take out her Y-wing though, the Millennium Falcon arrives. He chooses to attack them instead and Han is unable to get the upper hand thanks to IG-88's droid reflexes. Luke takes the controls, and using the Force, manages to stop IG-88, allowing them to rescue Seren. Leia informs Seren that she is going to face challenges as a result of being missing for so long, and Seren explains that she missed her original extraction for a good reason. She has managed to obtain information regarding Imperial planetary surveys, including when the planets were last visited by the Empire. This information may help the Rebellion in finding a new location for a base.
