The mercenary named Garve sits down with Corporal Phlik in the Mos Eisley cantina and recounts his latest adventure. Taking a job as a custodian on an Imperial prison planet where he was instructed to remain indoors during the fog and the dark, he found mysterious statues of beautiful women. Every night he sees beautiful women at his window, but remembers his instructions to keep the doors locked. One night he witnesses the strange women turn into monsters and kill some prisoners and he realizes how lucky he has been. When his luck turns sour and he nearly meets his end, he decides that the money he's making isn't worth his life, and so escapes with a crew of prisoners to help them join the rebellion.
