The Mandalorian training master Jaing and the Gen'Dai Durge are invited to a medical facility where they will undergo a procedure to make them better at what they do. Upon awakening, Durge is told that the procedure was successful even though his natural regenerative ability made it more difficult. They undergo some training in the use of their new enhancements, and are then told that the Mandalorians are coming for a Sith artifact that the doctor stole. The Mandalorians are driven back until one produces a thermal detonator. Jaing and Durge are severely injured, but Durge stops them. He is told that the Mandalorians will return, so he decides to take the fight to them, while the doctor gloats about the start he has provided to a Sith / Mandalorian war.
