This is part of a small series of stories written in honor of Chewbacca after he died saving Anakin Solo in Vector Prime.

This chapter is all about the death of Chewbacca as seen through the eyes of Luke Skywalker, who wasn't there but still saw everything that happened through glimpses of the Force. The most powerful image in the entire book to me was the one of Chewie standing defiantly in front of the moon of Sernpidal as it came crashing down, arms thrown out to his sides, roaring back at it.
