Chapter I, Battle On Bonadan:
Uldir Lochett and his crew are having a drink in a bar on Bonadan when they are interrupted by a group of police chasing a young woman. Uldir senses something suspicious and so decides to follow her as she escapes. When he catches up, he discovers that she is a Jedi named Klin-Fa Gi who has vital information for Luke Skywalker, and the two of them continue to evade the Corporate Sector police until they find themselves trapped in a cave with the police and Yuuzhan Vong closing in from all sides.

Chapter II, Dark Tidings:
Uldir and Klin-Fa evade the searchers temporarily, but eventually find themselves in a fight for their lives. Just as it seems that all hope is lost, Uldir's crew find them and the manage to escape the planet. The repairs on their ship were not completed, so they decide to go to Mon Calamari to meet with Luke Skywalker about Klin-Fa, but she wants them to take her to Wayland. When they refuse to do as she wants, she sabotages their ship and steals one of their modified A-Wings to go by herself.

Chapter III, War On Wayland:
Uldir's crew make quick repairs, enough to get them to Mon Calamari, but Uldir decides to chase down Klin-Fa at Wayland. Arriving there, Uldir takes another of their A-Wings out and orders his crew to take the ship and hide. Destroying the coralskippers that were chasing him, he decided to explore the ruins of the Emperor's storehouse where he found the stolen A-Wing. Following Klin-Fa's trail, he finds a group of dead natives carrying Vong Weapons, and is ambushed by another group of natives. These ones are enemies of the Yuuzhan Vong who agree to follow him and to watch and see what happens. Arriving at Mount Tantiss, they discover the Vong using a creature to dig into the mountain. As they creature begins to vent it's waste they run to the safest place in the vicinity, the Yuuzhan Vong compound. They are nearly there when they run out of time, and the only way they make it is through the help of Klin-Fa Gi.

Chapter IV, Relic Of Ruin:
Hiding on an asteroid, Uldir's crew have found a derelict ship and used parts from it to repair the damage to their own ship. While taking the derelict's fuel they are attacked by a mysterious automated drone and are forced to retreat to where the Yuuzhan Vong are. On the planet, Uldir and Klin-Fa manage to escape their pursuers and she explains that the Yuuzhan Vong have discovered something on Wayland that may threaten the entire galaxy. Escaping to the orbiting ship the crew decides to follow up on this threat and find what Klin-Fa is hunting.

Chapter V, A Perilous Plan:
Ambushing the Yuuzhan Vong slave ship, Uldir's mechanic Vook distracts the enemy while the rest of the team assaults the slave ship itself. They are successful in capturing the ship and rescuing the slaves, but the ship is damaged and aimed at a black hole. Their own ship doesn't hold enough space to rescue all the slaves, and at that moment another Yuuzhan Vong ship arrives to stop them.

Chapter VI:
As the situation looks hopeless, the Jedi captive Bey Ganadan provides the crew with a way to save the ship. Saving the slave ship results in the loss of one of the crew members, but the rest are able to go the Thyferra and warn the bacta producers that the Vong have a way of altering the bacta to injure people instead of save them. Too late though, they discover that the spores are being carried by Bey and he has already released them. They manage to defeat Bey, and their missing crew member saves them from a hidden Vong vessel that is going to destroy them. With the Vratix informed and the Yuuzhan Vong plan defeated, Luke Skywalker congratulates them and tells them to take a vacation.
