After the poisoning of Dac, Cade Skywalker and his team begin to hunt the Sith scientist Vul Isen to prevent him from repeating his work. They find Isen's lab on Daluuj and destroy it, but it appears they are too late and he has moved on. In fact, he is with Darth Azard at Da Soocha, where they are repeating the actions at Dac because there were Mon Calamari who had hid there. On Coruscant, Princess Marasiah Fel is removed to Korriban to be interrogated by Darth Havok and Darth Nihl hunts Darth Talon. After the death of Azzim the Hutt on Da Soocha, his uncle Vedo the Hutt contracts Cade to eliminate Vul Isen and guarantee's that Isen will be on Utapau at a certain time by leaking information to the Sith the that is where Admiral Gar Stazi is. In order to rescue Princess Fel from Korriban, Draco Antares poses as a Sith, and with Ganner Kreig and Shado Vao as his "prisoners" he infiltrates the Sith stronghold. On Utapau, Jariah Syn and Deliah Blue arrange a meeting with Gar Stazi in order to protect him without his knowledge, while Cade and Wolf Sazen hunt down Isen. Back on Korriban, Draco's infiltration team finds Princess Fel and battle their way back to the ship, and Draco himself stays behind to ensure their escape, allowing himself to be captured by his old Master, who has joined the Sith as Darth Havok. As Syn and Blue prevent an assassination attempt on Gar Stazi, Cade and Sazen find Darth Azard and Isen. While Sazen fights Azard, Cade chases Isen, and on Korriban, Darth Nihl finds Darths Krayt and Talon. As the time is right, and he is fully healed, Krayt reveals himself to the Dark Side users across the galaxy. Sazen kills Azard in the distraction and Cade kills Isen, preventing the release of a genocidal toxin, and receives a Force vision that ends with him confronting Darth Krayt for a final time.
