While the Jedi and Roan Fel's Empire meet on Agamar, Darth Wyyrlok decides that it is time to show the galaxy what it means to resist the Sith and orders the extermination of all life on Dac. Once the Alliance learns of this act, they move in to evacuate as much life as possible before it is too late. When the Sith Empire's fleet arrives to stop this from happening, the Alliance holds them off as best they can until Fel's Empire arrives to help. The Sith retreat, and the evacuers continue as long as they are able. In the end, about 20 percent of the population of the intelligent species on the planet are saved and the enemies of the Sith are united against them by this atrocity. On Coruscant, Darth Wyyrlok receives a communication from Darth Nihl that Darth Krayt's body is missing.
