In a rage at the betrayal on Dac, Darth Krayt degrees that ten percent of the Mon Calamari population will be executed immediately and the remainder will be placed in forced labor camps. Capturing the survivors of the Indomitable in order to execute them all at once only ensures that they are all in the same place when they are rescued by Imperial Knights Sigel Dare and Treis Sinde. During the escape, Sigel and the Alliance troops make their getaway in a stolen Imperial shuttle while Sinde remains behind to join the Mon Calamari resistance. With the information that Sigel provides to Admiral Stazi about Imperial sabotage to the Imperious he decides to reconsider his hesitation about an alliance with Roan Fel's Empire.
