Princess Leia and Han Solo are discussing the computers of the New Republic, and how to get them up and running. Han explains that he left it up to C-3PO, who hired Ewoks to do it. The Ewoks destroy everything in sight, until Leia fires them all. She then says they should maybe hire a Human Resources director to be in charge of the hiring, but C-3PO has already hired someone for that position as well. They wanted someone strong and uncompromising who everyone would respect, so the obvious choice was a Rancor.
