The Jawa's are on their way to another farmstead in order to sell them some more droids. It appears that they purposely sell farmers droids that are going to break down shortly before their next visit. On this particular visit, right before the sales are finalized, one Jawa comes running up, introducing himself as Fred Jawa: Consumer Advocate. Fred educates the customers about warranties and extended warranties, and in the end the Jawas fleece the farmers for new droids as well as for extended warranties and get twice the money for the same product.
