Jabba the Hutt has left his palace for a short time so that his staff can plan a surprise birthday party for him. A package is delivered, but one of his guards doesn't sign for it because it was addressed to Jabba. The luck of the draw sends Bib Fortuna out to retrieve the package, which turns out to be a very large box with a very large animal in it. On his way back to the palace he gets lost and has a run in with Tusken Raiders, who make a quick snack for the Rancor in the box. The Rancor then boards a Jawa Sandcrawler to eat the inhabitants. Bib manages to trap it in the sandcrawler and brings it back to the Palace with only minutes to spare. Jabba returns home and they flip on the lights and yell surprise. Jabba is so surprised that he hits the trap door button, dropping everyone to the the new Rancor's Pit, and says, "Hmm... Dinner and a Show! This is the best birthday ever!"
